If you do not have personal health insurance:
You are still able to receive care at MMC! We will still provide you with an invoice, and you will be able to claim these expenses on your personal income tax.
MMC is for anyone that is trying to move more, move better and keep moving longer!
Many individuals choose MMC when they are beginning to exercise, or prevent injuries as they are increasing their training volume.
We can help you identify problem areas and show you how to build this into your regular routines to potentially reduce the risk of injury.
We can definitely help you if you are injured or in pain, but that is not the only way we can assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals!
No, it is not necessary to have a referral to see a Registered Massage Therapist.
If you are being covered by your extended health care plan, please check your policy to see if a referral is required in order to be reimbursed for the treatments.
We have a very user-friendly online booking system that shows all available appointments.

Our cancellation policy at Manual Medicine Center is that we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment time.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are expected to be covered in full.
